Replacement and Refund Policy:

- Replacement and return is a guaranteed right of all our customers and it includes all products that we display on our store.

- All products offered on our store are subject to the replacement and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this newspaper.

- Can be returned or exchanged if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and packaged in the original packaging.

- Refund within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days of purchase date.

- Please contact us through our Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a refund or replacement.

- Please take a picture of the product and send it with the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product is damaged or defective, or not used according to the agreement.

- The amount will be refunded to the customer in full in case the product you receive is completely different from the product description on the product page of our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations of the use of the products by the customer not mentioned on the product page of our website.

- 30 percent discount or a value of at least 25 dirhams if the customer does not want the product and has no defects or any problem to mention.
